Sean Jorgensen is an acquisitions and project professional focused on identifying, evaluating, and advancing real estate investment opportunities. His work includes market research, pro forma modeling, return analysis, repair and repositioning estimates, offer support, investor materials, lender and escrow coordination, and full-cycle acquisition execution across residential and land opportunities in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida, with an expanding focus on commercial real estate.
